摘  要:乒乓球运动是一项广受大众欢迎的体育项目,其活动空间相对较小,对场地要求不甚严苛。然而,在训练和比赛中,运动员需快速启动、制动并频繁变换方向,同时协调全身各部位完成高质量的击球动作。因此,乒乓球运动员在训练中常面临各种运动损伤的风险。该文旨在分析乒乓球训练中常见的运动损伤原因,并提出相应的预防措施,以期为乒乓球运动员提供科学的训练指导,降低运动损伤的发生率。Table tennis is a popular sport among the public,with relatively small activity space and low requirements for the venue.However,in training and competition,athletes need to start,stop and change direction frequently,and at the same time,they need to coordinate all parts of the body to complete high-quality hitting movements.Therefore,table tennis players often face various sports injuries during training.This paper aims to analyze the causes of common sports injuries in table tennis training and puts forward corresponding preventive measures,in order to provide scientific training guidance for table tennis players and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries.
