“三全育人”视角下高校体育育人的价值、困境及路径

摘  要:运用文献资料法、内容分析法等方法,在“三全育人”视角下探讨高校体育育人的价值意蕴、面临困境,并提出相应的实现路径。体育教育在促进学生德智体美劳全面发展中发挥着重要作用,不仅关乎学生个人的全面发展,也是高校实现立德树人根本任务的关键环节。然而,当前高校体育育人面临着一系列挑战,包括全员参与意识薄弱、体育课程体系不健全以及体育育人环境有待优化等问题。针对这些问题,该研究提出以下建议:采取多种措施促进全员形成体育育人思想共识,构建覆盖全过程的体育课程体系,并营造全方位的体育育人环境,以期最终促进学生全面素质的提升。Using the methods of literature data and content analysis,this article explores the value implication and dilemma of college Physical education under the perspective of"Sanquan Education"and puts forward corresponding realization paths.Physical education plays an important role in cultivating students'all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor.It is not only related to the all-round development of students,but also the key link for colleges to implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.However,the current college physical education is faced with a series of problems,including weak awareness of full participation,imperfect physical education curriculum system and the need to optimize the sports education environment.In view of these problems,the research proposes the following suggestions:adopting various measures to promote the formation of a consensus on sports education among all staff,building a physical education curriculum system covering the entire process,,and creating an all-round environment for sports education,in order to ultimately promote the improvement of students'overall quality.
