摘　　要：体育教育不仅是增强体质的有效途径,也是锻炼学生意志品质的重要平台。同样,思想政治教育在培养学生正确价值观和文化认同方面发挥着关键作用。将体育教育与思想政治教育相结合,不仅能够丰富教学内容,还能有效提升学生的社会适应性,帮助他们更好地应对复杂多变的社会环境。然而,在实施过程中,存在系统规划缺失、师资力量不足、教材内容不匹配、评价体系不健全等问题。因此,需要从统筹规划、强化培训、优化教材、健全评价机制等多个维度出发,探索一条科学、合理的路径,以期促进学生综合素质的全面提升。该文深入剖析了当前融合存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决策略,旨在为体育教育与思想政治教育的深度融合提供理论支撑和实践参考。Physical education is not only an effective way to enhance physical fitness,but also an important platform to exercise students'willpower.Similarly,ideological and political education plays a crucial role incultivating students'correct values and cultural identity.Combining physical education with ideological and political education can not only enrich teaching content,but also improve students'social adaptability,enabling them to better adapt to various complex social environments.However,in the implementation process,there are problems such as insufficient systematic planning,insufficient teaching staff,mismatched textbook content,and an incomplete evaluation system.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable approach should be explored from the aspects of overall planning,strengthening training,optimizing textbooks,and improving evaluation mechanisms to promote the improvement of students'comprehensive quality.The article deeply analyzes the current problems in integration and proposes corresponding countermeasures,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the deep integration of physical education and ideological and political education.
