摘  要:“双减”政策作为新时代中国特色社会主义的重大教育改革举措,旨在推动高质量教育教学体系的构建。该文采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于“双减”政策导向,对课后体育延时服务的概念进行界定,挖掘其面临的现实困境,并提出提升课后体育延时服务质量的路径。研究发现,校外超前培训影响到学校教育的主体地位;校内体育资源不足导致延时服务缺乏配置;课后体育延时服务有形无实导致难以落实;绩效保障不足导致延时服务缺乏师资,这些问题已成为当前我国“双减”政策执行过程中的现实挑战。因此,针对我国课后体育延时服务的现状以及“双减”政策的实施成效,可尝试以下策略:明确学校教育主体地位,推行“五育”并举的培养理念;促进多元化的合作模式,提升体育资源的合理利用;丰富课后服务教学方式,合理地规划课后体育时间;健全教师绩效保障机制,保障课后服务质量。The"Double Reduction"policy is a major educational reform measure in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which aims to promote the construction of a high-quality education and teaching system.This paper adopts the research methods of literature review and logical analysis,based on the policy orientation of"double reduction"to clarify the conceptual definition of after-school sports extension service,explore the realistic dilemma of after-school sports extension service,and propose a path to improve the quality of after-school sports extension service.The research found that the dominant position of school education is affected by out-of-school pre-school training;The lack of in-school sports resources leads to the lack of configuration of extension services;The lack of tangible after-school sports extension services leads to the difficulty of implementation;The lack of performance guarantees leads to the lack of teachers in the extension services.These issues have become a challenge for the implementation of China's current"Double Reduction"policy.Therefore,in response to the current situation of after school sports extension services in China and the effectiveness of the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,the following strategies can be attempted:Clarify the dominant position of school education and promote the cultivation concept of the five education;Promote the diversified cooperation mode and enhance the rational use of sports resources;Enrich the teaching mode of after-school service and rationally plan the time of after-school sports;Improve a sound performance guarantee mechanism for teachers to enhance the quality and effectiveness of after-school services.
