摘 要:船舶振动不仅会影响人员居住的舒适性,也会对船舶造成结构损伤.针对某高速客船船底局部损伤问题,文中利用振动分析仪测试测点振动速度响应,基于船舶主机激励频谱分析和船体不同部位的加速度响应频谱分析,确定客运船整体振动情况,参照相关标准确定该船的客舱、地板及机舱振动等级,通过测试结果与理论分析,确定机舱振动情况,分析其损伤原因.针对原因提出在主机座和发电机组之间船底板增加纵向和横向隔板,并施涂阻尼的改进措施方案.对改进后的船舶进行连续监控,结果表明,提出的改进方案可以有效改善其振动水平,解决局部振动损伤问题.Ship vibration will not only affect the comfort of living, but also cause structural damage to the ship. In order to solve the problem of local damage on the bottom of a high-speed passenger ship, this paper firstly uses the vibration analyzer to measure the vibration velocity response of the point, and determining the overall vibration of the passenger ship based on the analysis of the excitation spectrum of the ship′s main engine and the acceleration response spectrum of different parts of the ship′s hull. Then the vibration levels of the cabin, floor and engine room of the ship are determined with relevant standards. Through the test results and theoretical analysis, the vibration of the engine room is determined and the damage causes are analyzed. Finally, according to the reasons, the improvement measures are proposed to add longitudinal and transverse partitions and apply damping to the ship bottom between the main engine base and the generator set. The continuous monitoring of the improved ship shows that the proposed method can effectively improve its vibration level and solve the local vibration damage problem.
