摘  要:以EBZ300掘进机为例,利用SolidWorks软件构建出掘进机截割头与煤岩的三维模型,然后分别从掘进与摆动两种工况角度出发,利用ANSYS软件对截割头截割作业时的受力情况进行模拟分析,以此确定出最佳的截割头运行参数,使掘进机掘进效率处于较高状态的同时,提升掘进作业经济性,降低截割头损伤速度。Take EBZ300 roadheader as an example,introduce a method of analyzing the mechanical properties of coal mine cutting head cutting coal rock.First of all,using SolidWorks software to build a three-dimensional model of the cutting head and coal rock of the roadheader,and then from the perspective of digging and swinging two working conditions,respectively,using ANSYS software to simulate and analyze the force of the cutting head cutting operation,so as to determine the optimal operating parameters of the cutting head,so as to enable the roadheader to dig in a higher state of efficiency at the same time,to improve the economy of the operation of the digging,reduce the damage speed of the cutting head,and provide support for the smooth operation of the entire coal mine activities.The cutting head damage speed,for the whole coal mine digging operation activities to provide support for the smooth development.
