摘  要:通过凭经验对超负荷运行煤气压缩机进行目视检查,可能会加大发出预警的时间窗口,导致无法及时处理故障,因此提出一种多维度精密点检方法。建立精密点检数据库,以系统化地管理和分析点检数据。通过多维度精密测定设备状态量,记录关键参数变化。实时监测设备健康状况,及时发现潜在故障并预警。实验结果表明,该精密点检方法在多维度监测中成功实现了设备故障的提前预警,展现其有效性与优越性,具有较高的应用价值与推广潜力。Visual inspection of overloaded gas compressors by experience may increase the time window for warning,resulting in failure to deal with faults in time,so a multi-dimensional precision inspection method is proposed.A precision point inspection database is established to systematically manage and analyze the point inspection data.Through multi-dimensional precision determination of equipment state quantity,record the key parameter changes.Real-time monitoring of equipment health,timely detection of potential failures and early warning.The experimental results show that the precision inspection method successfully realizes the early warning of equipment failure in multi-dimensional monitoring,showing its effectiveness and superiority,and has high application value and promotion potential.
