摘 要:油田精细化巡检是保障安全生产运行的关键,以往人工现场巡检的方式,巡检站点多、频度大,人员多依赖经验,作业流程不够规范,巡检数据难以加工利用。通过智能巡检机器人可替代人工巡检中遇到的繁、难、险和重复性的工作,及时掌握设备的各项参数和工作状态,提高了工作效率和安全性,是无人值守站点巡检技术的重要发展方向。Oilfield inspection is the key to ensure safe production and operation.In the past,the manual on-site inspection had many inspection sites.In the past,the manual field inspection is characterized by many inspection sites,large frequency,personnel relying on experience,insufficiently standardized operation process,and difficult to process and utilize the inspection data.Intelligent inspection robot can replace the manual inspection of the complicated,difficult,dangerous and repetitive work,timely grasp of the parameters and working status of the equipment,improve the efficiency and safety,is an unattended site inspection technology is an important direction of development.
