摘 要:目的探讨全身免疫炎症指数(SII)在血硒与认知功能关系中是否起到中介效应。方法基于2011年—2014年美国国家健康和营养调查数据库,共纳入1805例符合条件的受试者。采用加权逻辑回归模型和加权线性回归分析分别探讨血硒与认知功能,血硒与SII间的关系。采用中介效应分析探讨SII是否在血硒与认知功能关系中起到中介效应。结果血硒与认知功能呈正相关,与SII呈负相关。SII在血硒与认知功能关联中的中介效应不显著。结论血硒能够降低认知损害和SII,SII在血硒与认知功能关系中并不能发挥中介效应。Objective To investigate the mediation effect of systemic immune-inflammation index(SII)on the association between selenium and cognitive function.Methods A total of 1805 subjects were included based on the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2011-2014.The associations between blood selenium and SII and cognitive function were investigated using weighted logistic regression analysis and weighted linear regression model,respectively.Mediation effect analysis was employed to explore whether SII played a mediation role in the association between blood selenium and cognitive function.Results The level of blood selenium was positively associated with cognitive function,and negatively associated with SII.SII was not found to mediate the association between blood selenium and cognitive function.Conclusion Blood selenium reduced SII and cognitive impairment,and SII did not modulate the relationship between blood selenium and cognitive performance.
