摘　　要：根据中国照明学会舞台电影电视照明专业委员会2024年对北京舞蹈学院以及灯光设备、舞台机械、工程集成等企业实地调研,分析新的形势下对于舞台视觉高端人才的需求状况,探讨如何从高等教育和人才培训方面促进舞台影视灯光工作的发展;重点关注了近年有代表性的舞台影视灯光工程应用案例,从工程设计、技术创新、运营思路等角度发掘其趋势和亮点,以期共同推进技术进步和行业发展,助力文旅市场的持续繁荣与发展。Based on the field research conducted in 2024 by the Stage,Film and Television Lighting Professional Committee of the China Illuminating Engineering Society at the Beijing Dance Academy,as well as lighting equipment,stage machinery,and engineering integration enterprises,this report analyzes the demand for high-end talent in stage visuals under the new circumstances.It explores how higher education and talent training can promote the development of stage and film lighting work.The report focuses on recent representative stage and film lighting engineering application cases,identifying trends and highlights from the perspectives of engineering design,technological innovation,and operational strategies,with the goal of jointly advancing technological progress and industry development,contributing to the continuous prosperity and growth of the cultural and tourism market.
