摘  要:搅拌摩擦焊[1]焊接工艺作为一项新的固相增材工艺,在某些特定的焊接工况下,具有独特的效率高,成本低的优势。在增材过程中没有金属的熔化和凝固,可以避免熔池带来的冶金缺陷问题,同时搅拌摩擦过程中塑性变形还可以起到晶粒细化的作用,获得低成本、高质量增材产品。本文介绍一种搅拌摩擦焊专机的设计,应用于小型铝材质工件的搅拌摩擦焊成型。Stir friction welding[1]welding process,as a new solid-phase material additive process,has the unique advantages of high efficiency and low cost in some specific welding conditions.There is no melting and solidification of metal in the process of material addition,which can avoid the problem of metallurgical defects brought about by the molten pool,and at the same time,the plastic deformation in the process of stirring and friction can also play a role in grain refinement,to obtain low-cost,high-quality additive products.This paper introduces the design of a special stir friction welding machine,applied to small aluminium workpiece stir friction welding forming.
