摘　　要：目的:对北京市医疗卫生机构床位利用效率进行分析,为现有床位资源利用水平做出评价和未来床位资源高效配置提供参考。方法:从2022年北京市卫生健康统计年报数据提取出医疗卫生机构实际开放总床日、实际占用总床日、出院者占用总床日和出院人数数据,计算出病床使用率、病床周转次数、病床工作日和出院者平均住院日的床位利用效率指标,再采用秩和比法(RSR)通过对指标秩转换进而对医疗卫生机构床位利用效率形成分档评价。结果:社区卫生服务中心床位利用效率处于最低档,中医医院床位利用效率(RSR=0.563)处于中档,距综合医院(RSR=0.813)有较大差距;城六区除石景山区外均处于床位利用效率高和中高档,经济水平相对不高区域床位利用效率基本偏低。结论:北京市床位利用效率在医疗卫生机构之间和城市各区之间存在差异性,社区卫生服务中心和中医医院床位利用效率有待进一步提升,区域间医院床位利用效率差距有待进一步平衡。应加快实施紧密型医联体和转型发展社区养老、康复业务提升社区卫生服务中心床位利用效率;科学评估门诊住院业务比例,加强中医优势病种宣传,规范中医临床路径,提升中医医院床位利用效率;改善医院外部经济等环境和加强医院管理,缩小区域间床位利用效率差异。Objective:To analyze the bed utilization efficiency of medical and health institutions in Beijing,so as to provide reference for evaluating the utilization level of existing bed resources and efficient allocation of bed resources in the future.Methods:By using the data of Beijing Municipal Health Statistics Annual Report in 2022,we extracted the data of actual total bed days,actual total bed days,total bed days occupied by patients and the number of discharged patients in medical and health institutions,and calculated the bed utilization efficiency indicators of bed utilization rate,bed turnover times,bed working days and average hospitalization days of patients.Then rank sum ratio method(RSR)was used to evaluate the utilization efficiency of beds in medical and health institutions by rank conversion.Results:The bed utilization efficiency of community health service center(station)was in the lowest grade,and the bed utilization efficiency of TCM hospital(RSR=0.563)was in the middle grade,which was significantly different from that of general hospital(RSR=0.813).In addition to Shijingshan District,all the six districts in the city were in high bed utilization efficiency and middle and high grade,and the bed utilization efficiency was basically low in the relatively low economic level area.Conclusion:The bed utilization efficiency of Beijing is different among medical and health institutions and among urban districts.The bed utilization efficiency of community health service centers and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals needs to be further improved,and the gap between the bed utilization efficiency of inter-regional hospitals needs to be further balanced.The implementation of compact medical union and the transformation and development of community elderly care and rehabilitation services need to be accelerated to improve the bed utilization efficiency of community health service centers.Scientifically evaluate the proportion of outpatient and inpatient services,strengthen the publicity of advantageous disease
