组态视角下广西中心乡镇卫生院医防融合服务的影响路径研究

摘　　要：目的:分析广西中心乡镇卫生院医防融合服务的协同发展水平及影响路径,为提升中心乡镇卫生院医防融合水平提供参考。方法:构建广西中心乡镇卫生院医防融合耦合发展测评模型,运用耦合协调度评价中心乡镇卫生院医防融合服务的协调发展现状,借助fsQCA探究协调关系的影响因素与驱动路径。结果:广西中心乡镇卫生院医防融合服务的平均耦合协调度呈下降趋势,大部分机构处于中级失调衰退(51.5%)、勉强耦合协调水平(31.3%)。2015年组态共有4条路径,总一致性为0.980、总覆盖度为0.761;2020年组态共有7条路径,总一致性为0.966、总覆盖度为0.780;影响高协同水平的核心影响因素为卫生技术人员。结论:广西中心乡镇卫生院医防融合服务的协同发展水平不高,不同组态路径可提升中心乡镇卫生院医防融合服务耦合协调水平,各机构应结合自身实际情况,减少各核心因素的影响,实现中心乡镇卫生院医疗与预防的协同发展。Objective:To analyze the current situation of coupling coordination and influence path of medical and preventive integration services in Guangxi central township health center,so as to provide reference for promoting the level of medical and preventive integration.Methods:The study constructed the coupling coordination model of medical and preventive integration in Guangxi central township health center,used the coupling coordination degree to evaluate the coordinated development status of medical and preventive integration services,and explored the influencing factors and driving paths with fsQCA software.Results:The average coupled harmonic degree of Guangxi central township health center showed decreasing trend,and most institutions were in the intermediate dysfunctional decline(51.5%)and weakly coupled coordination level(31.3%).Four pathways were associated with 2015(total consistency:0.980,total coverage:0.761),and seven pathways with 2020(total consistency:0.966,total coverage:0.780).Health technician was the core influencing factor.Conclusion:The level of coordinated development of medical and preventive integration services in Guangxi central township health centers is not high,different groupings can improve the level of medical and preventive integration services.Different institution should combine with the situation to reduce the influence of the core factors,and realize the development of medical and preventive integration.
