摘 要:教育数字化转型是我国教育现代化建设的核心战略,也是信息时代下势不可挡的历史趋向。教师是教育活动中的关键角色,教育数字化转型对于整个教师群体而言就是一场教育创新扩散行动。文章从创新扩散与群体动力理论视角出发,分析教师数字化转型的群体目标和动力,并结合2023年教育部教师工作司指导发布的《教师数字化学习报告》构建出中小学教师数字化转型的有效路径。教师数字化转型愿景包括理念转型、能力转型和关系转型3个方面,教师群体对于数字化转型的关注点集中于价值、信息、管理、结果、发展5个方面,群体转型动力包含凝聚力、驱动力和耗散力3个要素,转型路径由学习逐渐过渡到模仿、竞争和强制,促进教师数字化转型的要点在于解决群体的焦点关注、增强群体动力以及提供路径支架。Education digital transformation is the core strategy of our country’s education modernization construction,and it is also an unstoppable historical trend in the information age.Teachers play a key role in educational activities,and digital transformation in education is an innovative diff usion action for the entire teacher community.Starting from the perspectives of innovation diff usion and group dynamics theory,this article analyzes the group goals and dynamics of teacher digital transformation,and combines the Teacher Digital Learning Report issued by the Ministry of Education’s Teacher Work Department in 2023 to construct an eff ective path for the digital transformation of primary and secondary school teachers.The vision of teacher digital transformation includes three aspects,namely,the conceptual,the capability and the relationship.The focus of the teacher community on digital transformation is centered on fi ve aspects:value,information,management,results,and development.The group transformation dynamics include cohesion,driving force,and dissipative force.The transformation path gradually transitions from learning to imitation,competition,and compulsion.The key to promoting teacher digital transformation lies in addressing the group’s focus,enhancing group dynamics,and providing path support.
