人工智能背景下学生自我管理能力效果分析

摘  要:利用层次分析法(AHP),结合专家评分、判定矩阵权重计算及500名学生问卷调查的数据定量评估人工智能工具对学生自我管理能力的影响,涉及时间管理、目标设定、情绪调节、任务执行4个维度。研究结果表明,人工智能工具在时间管理及任务执行方面显著提高了学生的表现能力,有助于提高其学习效率及自律性,但对情绪调节的影响有限,并没有显著改善学生的考试焦虑及情绪管理能力。回归分析进一步验证了时间管理及任务达成率会对学生自我管理能力的整体产生决定性影响。The study quantitatively evaluates the influence of artificial intelligence tools on students’self-management ability with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),involving four dimensions:time management,goal setting,emotional regulation and task execution,through combining with expert rating,decision matrix weight calculation and survey data of 500 students’questionnaire.The results show that artificial intelligence tools have significantly improved students’performance ability in time management and task execution,which helps to improve their learning efficiency and self-discipline,but they have limited impact on emotional regulation,and don’t significantly improve students’exam anxiety and emotional management ability.Regression analysis further verifies that time management and task achievement rate will have a decisive impact on the overall self-management ability of students.
