摘 要:我国社会工作领域在专业实践学习方面较为滞后,参与项目实践能够提升大学生的综合实践能力。实证研究S高校学生参与“时尚银发”专业实践项目的情况发现,高校社工专业学生在参加项目实践的过程中存在价值伦理内化不充分、理论应用意识缺乏、技术知识转化困难以及专业主义问题,违背了专业化的发展意愿。以迪特·吕的行动理论为基础,提出通过加强督导作用,进行价值评价,开拓实践场域,丰富技巧经验,推动实践项目化,提升专业与行政能力,协同多方参与,深入实践情境等方式深化学生对社会工作专业的认识,以应对实践学习面临的困境,促进高校社工专业教育的完善。The field of social work in China lags behind in the study of professional practice.Participation in project practice can comprehensively improve the practical ability of college students.The study conducts empirical analysis on the participation of S college students in the“Fashion Silver Hair”professional practice project.There are some problems in the process of participating in the project practice of the students of social work major in colleges and universities:insufficient internalization of value ethics,lack of consciousness of theoretical application,difficulty in transforming technical knowledge and professionalism,which goes against the development intention of specialization.Based on the action theory of Dieter Lu,it is suggested to promote supervision,conduct value evaluation,expand practice field,enrich skills and experience,promote practice projects,improve professional and administrative abilities,coordinate multi-party participation,and deepen practical situations,so as to cope with the difficulties faced by practical learning,and promote the improvement of social work professional education in colleges and universities.
