企业家精神对企业动态能力的影响研究——基于制造企业的经验证据

摘　　要：在复杂多变的市场环境下,提升企业动态能力是企业的现实需求,企业家精神可作为驱动因素。以2015-2023年中国A股上市制造业企业为样本,探究企业家精神对企业动态能力的影响,并进一步探究高管团队背景异质性在此过程中发挥的作用。研究发现,企业家精神能够显著提升企业动态能力,其中创新精神、竞争精神及冒险精神均正向提升企业动态能力,创新精神对企业动态能力的提升作用最为显著;高管团队职业背景异质性负向调节企业家精神对企业动态能力的提升作用,高管团队教育背景异质性正向调节企业家精神对企业动态能力的提升作用。研究结论既丰富了高层阶梯理论,又可为企业家探索如何增强企业动态能力提供思路借鉴。In a complex and volatile market environment,improving the dynamic capabilities of enterprises is a realistic need for enterprises,and entrepreneurship can be used as a driving factor.Taking China’s A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2015 to 2023 as a sample,constructed a two-way fixed-effect model and a moderating effect model to explore the impact of entrepreneurship on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises,and further explores the role of background heterogeneity of top management team in this process.It is found that entrepreneurship can significantly improve the dynamic capabilities of enterprises,among which the spirit of innovation,competition and risk-taking spirit all positively improve the dynamic capabilities of enterprises,and the spirit of innovation has the most significant effect on the improvement of dynamic capabilities of enterprises.The heterogeneity of the occupational background of the top management team negatively moderated the effect of entrepreneurship on the dynamic capabilities of the enterprise,and the heterogeneity of the educational background of the top management team positively moderated the effect of entrepreneurship on the dynamic capabilities of the enterprise.The above conclusions not only enrich the theory of high-level ladder,but also provide ideas for entrepreneurs to explore how to enhance the dynamic ability of enterprises.
