技术经济学内嵌的哲理思维:基于当代青年学者视角

摘　　要：技术经济学与哲理思维在人类文明的顶峰汇聚,二者“同向同行”,亟须形成协同效应。基于机会成本、沉没成本、科学预见以及系统性原理,从当代青年学者视角深入探讨技术经济学内嵌的哲理思维。研究表明:①系统性视角下技术经济分析的结论表现为多元主体利益目标相互协调的均衡结果。通过探讨系统性原理内嵌的哲理思维,有利于青年学者兼顾小我追求与宏大叙事,正确认识得失与成败。②技术发展的不确定性要求技术经济分析具备科学预见性。当代青年学者于未来科研与教学进程中亟须在全面探讨所有可能发展路径的基础上,以包容的态度辩证看待机遇与挑战,科学预见难题而无惧于难题。③机会成本对应于投入有限(或稀缺)资源做出一项决定时,所放弃的其他选项中价值最高的收益,表明人生中的每一次选择均有代价。其内嵌的哲理思维能够引导青年学者合理评估不同人生阶段的机会成本,减少“遗憾”事件的发生。④沉没成本映射于已经发生且无法收回的时间、金钱、精力等支出。哲理思维指导下控制沉没成本的关键路径包括培养危机意识、勇于及时止损、树立减法思维并注重规避单一视角的局限性。Technical economics and philosophical thinking converge at the peak of human civilization.They have the same development direction and need to form synergistic effect urgently.Taking the opportunity cost,sunk cost scientific foresight and systematicity principles as examples,the philosophical thinking embedded in technical economics was deeply investigated from the perspective of contemporary young scholar.The results show that:①from a systematic perspective,the conclusion of technical and economic analysis is the balanced results of the mutual coordination of the interests of multiple subjects.By discussing the philosophical thinking embedded in the systematic principle,it is beneficial for young scholars to balance personal pursuit with grand narratives,and to have a correct understanding of gains and losses as well as successes and failures.②The uncertainty of technological development requires scientific foresight in techno-economic analysis.In the process of future scientific research and teaching,contemporary young scholars need to treat opportunities and challenges dialectically with an inclusive attitude on the basis of comprehensively exploring all possible development paths.That is,it is necessary to foresee problems scientifically without being afraid of them.③Opportunity cost corresponds to the highest value gain among other options given up when a decision is made with limited or scarce resources,indicating that every choice in life has a price.Its embedded philosophical thinking can guide young scholars to reasonably evaluate the opportunity cost in different life stages and control the occurrence of regret events.④Sunk cost is mapped to the expenses such as time,money and energy that have occurred and cannot be recovered.The key ways to control sunk cost under the guidance of philosophical thinking include cultivating crisis awareness,being brave in stopping losses in time,establishing subtraction thinking and paying attention to avoiding the limitations of a single perspective.
