摘 要:文章基于注意力基础观构建互补企业实现突破性创新的理论模型,探索高管外部注意力焦点以及吸收能力对互补企业突破性创新的影响,同时探讨了吸收能力和平台协同性对外部焦点与突破性创新关系的权变影响。研究发现:高管注意力的外部焦点与互补企业突破性创新呈现“倒U”型关系;互补企业吸收能力与突破性创新为正相关关系;吸收能力和平台协同性对外部焦点与突破性创新之间的“倒U”型关系具有调节作用。研究结论为互补企业高管如何配置注意力实现突破性创新以及平台治理提供借鉴和参考。This essay develops a theoretical model grounded in the attention-based view to elucidate how complementary enterprises can achieve breakthrough innovation,by investigating the impact of the external focus of executive attention and absorptive capacity on such innovation,while also examining the contingent effects of absorptive capacity and plat⁃form synergy on the relationship between external focus and breakthrough innovation.Research findings:the relationship between the external focus of executive attention and breakthrough innovation in platform complementary enterprises manifests as an"inverted U-shaped"curve;wherein a complementary enterprise′s absorptive capacity positively corre⁃lates with its propensity for breakthrough innovation;while both absorptive capacity and platform synergy serve as moder⁃ating factors within this"inverted U-shaped"relationship.The research findings offer valuable insights and references for executives in complementary enterprises on the strategic allocation of attention to foster breakthrough innovation,as well as for enhancing platform governance.
