摘　　要：文章利用2018—2022年186个专精特新“小巨人”上市企业的面板数据,采用动态QCA方法,探究专精特新中小企业高质量发展路径。研究发现:专精特新中小企业高质量发展是注意力焦点、注意力情境与注意力结构分配共同作用的结果,存在四种高质量发展路径以及四种非高质量发展路径;专精特新中小企业高质量发展过程存在“研发投入陷阱”,低研发投入是高质量发展路径的核心特征,而在注意力错配或情境支持不足时,高研发投入反而会阻碍企业实现高质量发展;政府支持是促进专精特新中小企业高质量发展的核心条件;探索式创新与利用式创新的优先级并非固定,企业需要根据自身资源和外部环境调整注意力焦点。This essay employs a dynamic QCA method to investigate the pathways for high-quality development of specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),utilizing panel data from 186"Little Giant"listed enterprises spanning the period from 2018 to 2022.Research findings:the high-quality development of specialized and innovative SMEs is the result of the combined effects of attention focus,attention context,and structural distribution of attention.There are four pathways to high-quality development and four pathways to non-high-quality development.The process of high-quality development for these specialized and innovative SMEs involves an"R&D investment trap",where low R&D investment is a core feature of the high-quality development pathways.In cases of attention misalignment or insufficient contextual support,high R&D investment can actually hinder an enterprise′s ability to achieve high-quality development.Government support is a key condition for promoting the high-quality development of specialized and innovative SMEs.The prioritization of explorative versus exploitative innovation is not fixed;enterprises need to adjust their attention focus based on their own resources and external environment.
