口腔正畸中应用微螺钉种植体支抗的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：结合口腔正畸的技术需求,分析采用微螺钉种植体支抗的效果及安全性。以2021年1月—2022年12月于重庆牙科医院接受治疗的20例错颌畸形患者为研究对象,依据随机分组法将其分为对照组和研究组。其中,对照组应用一般正畸支抗技术,研究组则应用微螺钉种植体支抗技术,在治疗后随访12个月,观察和记录两组最终的治疗效果及安全性。结果显示,与对照组相比,研究组治疗效果更为理想(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的PES、WES评分相近(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组相关评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者未出现并发症,治疗安全性更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,微螺钉种植体支抗技术在口腔正畸中的应用,能够优化患者的临床治疗效果,且具备较高的美观度和安全性。To analyze the eff ectiveness and safety of using micro screw implant support based on the technical requirements of orthodontics.Twenty patients with malocclusion who received treatment at Chongqing Dental Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group according to the randomization method.Among them,the control group applied general orthodontic anchorage technology,while the study group applied micro screw implant anchorage technology.After 12 months of follow-up,the fi nal treatment eff ect and safety of both groups were observed and recorded.The results showed that compared with the control group,the treatment eff ect of the study group was more ideal(P<0.05);Before treatment,the PES and WES scores of the two groups of patients were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the relevant scores of the study group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The study group patients did not experience any complications,and the treatment safety was higher(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of micro screw implant anchorage technology in orthodontics can optimize the clinical treatment eff ect of patients and has high aesthetic and safety benefi ts.
