摘　　要：探析AI(artificial intelligence,人工智能)赋能媒体融合趋势下,高校英文科技期刊编辑的现状及职业素养提升策略,以期为高校英文科技期刊编辑队伍建设提供一点思路。从分析高校英文科技期刊编辑主动学习积极性不高、业务水平有待提高、数字素养与技能有待提升等问题入手,并基于AI赋能媒体融合趋势下影响英文科技期刊发展的因素,提出提升高校英文科技期刊编辑职业素养的策略:关注期刊出版领域的新技术及新业态,发挥编辑的主导作用,加强业务学习,提升数字素养与技能;完善人才激励机制,拓宽晋升空间,推动期刊集群化发展。高校应把握英文科技期刊快速发展的机遇,依托高校优势,着力提升编辑职业素养,办好高质量英文科技期刊,打造国际学术交流平台。Under the trend of artificial intelligence(AI)-enabled media convergence,the current situation and the strategies of professional quality of English science and technology journal editors in universities are analyzed,in order to provide some ideas for the construction of English science and technology journal editors in universities.Starting from the issues of the low motivation for active learning,the professional skills to be improved and digital literacy and skills to be upgraded.Based on the factors that affect the development of English science and technology journals under the trend of AI-enabled media convergence,the strategies of improving the professional quality of English science and technology journals editors in universities is proposed:Pay attention to the new technologies and new business forms in the field of journal publishing,give play to the leading role of editors,strengthen their professional level,enhance their own digital literacy and skills;improve the talent incentive mechanism,broaden the promotion space of editors and promote the cluster development of journals.Colleges and universities should seize the opportunity of the rapid development of English science and technology journals,relying on the advantages of colleges and universities,focusing on improving the professional quality of editors,organizing high-quality English science and technology journals,and building a platform for international academic exchanges.
