摘  要:为构建医学生本科实习阶段科研思维模式并探索其实施及实践效果,选取某市两家三级甲等临床教学医院本科实习生214名,随机分为对照组和观察组各107名,分别实施常规临床带教模式和融入科研能力训练的临床带教模式,自制科研思维能力评价问卷,调查实习生实习期初和实习期末科研思维能力及培养实践情况。至实习期结束时,观察组的科研思维能力得分较对照组高,两组具有统计学差异(p<0.05),观察组科研思维能力和实践探索能力提升较明显。对本科实习生开展科研思维培养、与临床相结合的科研能力实践,整合教学资源,优化教学方法,能有效提高实习生的科研能力和实践探索水平。To construct the scientific research thinking mode of medical students in undergraduate practice and explore its implementation and practical effect,214 students were randomly divided into control group(N=107)and observation group(N=107).The routine clinical teaching mode and the clinical teaching mode with the scientific research ability training were carried out,and self-made Scientific Research Thinking Ability Evaluation Questionnaire was made to investigate the scientific research ability at the beginning and the end of practice.At the end of practice period,the score of scientific research thinking ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Training students’scientific research thinking,practicing scientific research ability combined with clinical practice,integrating teaching resources and optimizing teaching methods can effectively improve students’scientific research ability and practical exploration level.
