摘　　要：“药店经营与管理”作为一门对职业素养要求较高的应用型课程,有着实施课程思政的必要性。针对目前部分高校出现的专业教学和课程思政“两张皮”的问题,专业课教师须提升自身素养、强化育人意识,提高育人能力,做好课程思政建设,并在学校协同育人制度的保障下,结合思政教学评价推动教学改革。围绕“药店经营与管理”课程,需要培养学生以人为本的服务精神,同时融入文化自信、科学创新精神和法治素养教育,从而培养符合时代需求的药学人才。As an application-oriented course,Pharmacy Business and Management course with high requirements for professional quality,has the necessity of carrying out the ideological and political education.In view of the separation of professional courses teaching and ideological and political teaching in some colleges,teachers of professional courses need to improve their quality,strengthen the awareness and the ability of personality education,and do a good job in teaching from the ideological and political perspective.Under the guarantee of school cooperative education system,combined with ideological and political teaching evaluation to promote teaching reform,it is necessary to cultivate students’people-oriented service spirit,and integrate cultural confidence,scientific innovation spirit and rule of law literacy education,so as to cultivate pharmaceutical talents that meet the needs of the times.
