摘　　要：互联网技术的发展是推动大学教育方法、人才培养模式创新的“助推剂”。在乡村振兴的背景下,利用互联网技术培养农科人才成为建设农村人才队伍的有效渠道。基于情境学习理论和协同理论,以就业导向为视角,提出研究框架。在针对云南省农科高校培养现状问卷调查的基础上,探索出当前“互联网+”农科人才培养过程中存在的问题,并以此提出推动“互联网+”农科人才培养模式更新的路径,从而使农科人才培养模式更加成熟,建立健全以就业为导向的人才培养机制。The advancement of Internet technology is a“booster”for the creation of university education techniques and staff training modes.In the context of rural revitalization,employing Internet technology to foster agricultural abilities has become an effective route for developing a rural talent team.Based on the theories of situational learning and collaborative learning,a research framework is proposed from the perspective of employment orientation.Based on an examination of the current situation of agricultural universities in Yunnan Province,this paper investigates the problems that exist in the process of cultivating“Internet+”agricultural talents and proposes a path to promote the“Internet+”agricultural talent training mode,thereby maturing the training mode of agricultural talents and establishing a sound employment-oriented talent training mechanism.
