国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业时空分布演化与驱动力研究

摘　　要：专精特新“小巨人”是中小企业高质量发展方向,研究其时空演化规律和驱动因素对提升我国产业链现代化水平、构建新发展格局至关重要。基于2019—2023年工业和信息化部公示的五批及第一、二批复核通过专精特新“小巨人”企业名单,利用地理集中指数、全局莫兰指数、热点分析和Dagum基尼系数探究其时空分布及区域差异,并用地理探测器和时空地理加权回归模型探究影响国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业空间分异驱动因素。结果表明,国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业数量不断增加,空间分布呈正向相关性,且逐渐向我国东南沿海地区集聚,西北内陆地区企业数量相对较少。国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业在东部和西部之间差异较大,西部自身区域内差异高于其他三大区域。创新产出、交通运输是影响专精特新“小巨人”企业分布的核心驱动因子,且创新产出、科研投入和交通运输正向影响专精特新“小巨人”企业发展,数字基建对专精特新“小巨人”企业产生负向影响。基于结论,提出引导专精特新“小巨人”企业集聚发展,提升创新水平,加强基础设施建设,优化空间格局和加强创新人才队伍建设的建议。Specialized,Refined,Differential and Innovative(SRDI)"Little Giant"Enterprises are the high-quality development direction of small-and medium-sized enterprises,and studying their space-time evolution law and driving factors is crucial to improving the modernization level of China′s industrial chain and building a new development pattern.Based on the list of five batches and the first and second batches of national-level"Little Giant"Enterprises published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2019-2023,this paper uses the regional agglomeration index,Moran index,hotspot analysis,and Dagum Gini coefficients to explore the spatiotemporal distribution and regional differences.It explores the driving factors affecting"Little Giant"enterprises with geographic detectors and spatiotemporal geographically weighted regression models.The results show that the number of SRDI"Little Giant"enterprises is increasing,and their spatial distribution is positively correlated,and is gradually clustering in the southeast coastal areas of China,but a relatively small number of enterprises are located in the inland areas of northwest China.There are large differences between"Little Giant"enterprises in the east and the west,and the differences within the west itself are higher than those in the other three regions.Innovation output and transportation are the core driving factors that affect the distribution of SRDI"Little Giant"enterprises.Innovation output,research investment,and transportation positively impact the development of"Little Giant"enterprises.Digital infrastructure has a negative impact on enterprises.Based on the conclusion,it puts forward suggestions,which are guiding the agglomeration and development of"little giant"enterprises,enhancing innovation levels,strengthening infrastructure construction,optimizing spatial patterns,and strengthening the construction of innovative talent teams.
