摘 要:目的:探讨老龄化背景下老年常见病的预防与照护课程思政教学方案设计与实践效果。方法:选取广西某职业院校智慧健康养老服务与管理专业2022级2个班的82名学生作为试验组,2021级2个班的58名学生作为对照组。试验组开展老年常见病的预防与照护课程思政教学实践,围绕“使命担当、人文关怀、职业道德、评判思维、中华传统”五大核心育人元素,构建“三环四维五育”课程思政教学模式并实施,对照组采用线上线下混合式教学模式,比较两组课程成绩、专业认同和职业认同及试验组对课程思政教学模式的评价。结果:与对照组相比,试验组课程成绩、专业认同和职业认同得分均有所提升(P<0.05),大多数试验组学生认可课程思政教学效果。结论:在老年常见病的预防与照护中开展课程思政,有利于提高学习效果,提升学生专业认同和职业认同感。Objective:To explore the design and practical effects of ideological and political education in the curriculum of prevention and care for common elderly diseases against the backdrop of aging.Methods:82 students from two classes of the 2022 grade and 58 students from two classes of the 2021 grade majoring in Smart Health and Elderly Care Services Management at a vocational college in Guangxi were selected as the experimental group and the control group,respectively.The experimental group participated in ideological and political education in the curriculum of prevention and care for common elderly diseases,implementing a teaching model that integrates"three rings,four dimensions,and five educational aspects"centered around five core educational elements:mission and responsibility,humanistic care,professional ethics,critical thinking,and Chinese traditions.The control group adopted a blended online and offline teaching mode.Course grades,professional identity,occupational identity,and evaluations of the ideological and political teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed improvements in course grades,professional identity,and occupational identity scores(P<0.05),with most of students in the experimental group acknowledged the effectiveness of the ideological and political teaching.Conclusion:Integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum on prevention and care for common elderly diseases can enhance learning outcomes and improve students′professional and occupational identity.
