摘 要:目的探讨分组责任制管理与常规管理在急诊科急救仪器日常维护中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月医院急诊科159台在用急救仪器作为研究对象。2023年6—12月实施常规管理,2024年1—6月实施分组责任制管理。比较两种管理模式下急救仪器的完好率、利用率、定点摆放规范率、维护计划完成率、维护响应时长,以及护理人员的仪器维护知识掌握率、操作正确率。结果分组责任制管理模式下急救仪器的完好率、利用率、定点摆放规范率、维护计划完成率及护理人员的仪器维护知识掌握率、操作正确率均高于常规管理模式,维护响应时长短于常规管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分组责任制管理应用于急诊科急救仪器维护中,可显著提升仪器的维护效率和质量,同时可提高护理人员的仪器维护知识掌握率、操作正确率。Objective To explore the application effect of group responsibility system management and conventional management in the daily maintenance of emergency equipment in the emergency department.Methods With the selection of 159 emergency equipment in use in the emergency department in hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 as the research object,conventional management was implemented from June to December 2023,and group responsibility system management was implemented from January to June 2024.The intact rate,utilization rate,standardized placement rate,maintenance plan completion rate,maintenance response time of emergency equipment,as well as the knowledge mastery rate,operation accuracy rate of nursing staff were compared between the two management modes.Results The intact rate,utilization rate,standardized placement rate,maintenance plan completion rate,and nursing staff's mastery rate of instrument maintenance knowledge,operation accuracy rate of emergency equipment in the group responsibility system management mode were all higher than those in the conventional management mode,The maintenance response time was shorter than the conventional management mode,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group responsibility system management in the routine maintenance of emergency instruments in the emergency department can significantly improve the maintenance efficiency and quality of instruments,and improve the knowledge mastery rate of instrument maintenance,operation accuracy rate of nursing staff.
