消防工程专业人才创新创业能力培养实践教学探索——以常州大学消防工程专业为例

摘  要:为培养能够适应新技术与新产业发展需求的消防工程专业人才,通过分析当前消防工程专业教育中存在的问题,以创新创业教育理念为指引,并结合课程设计与学生知识、能力、素养达成情况的关系矩阵,提出初步的基础课程知识体系构建思路、绿色发展与可持续需求的适应路径,以及通过多元教学促进学科发展的改革建议。结果表明:创新创业教育课程能够有效帮助学生将课堂知识应用于实际工作,提升实践技能与就业竞争力。研究结果可为未来教育改革提供一定参考。To cultivate fire protection engineering talents capable of adapting to the demands of new technologies and emerging industries,this study analyzes the existing issues in fire protection engineering education.Guided by the principles of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and based on the relationship matrix of course design and students'knowledge,skills,and competencies,the study proposes preliminary ideas for constructing a foundational course knowledge system,pathways to align with green development and sustainability needs,and reform suggestions for promoting discipline development through diverse teaching methods.The results indicate that innovation and entrepreneurship education courses can effectively help students apply classroom knowledge to practical work,enhancing their practical skills and employability.The conclusions of this study can provide a certain reference for future educational reforms.
