摘 要:目的 探究牙椅气溶胶收集器对降低口腔诊室细菌污染的效果。方法 选取2间面积均为15 m^(2)进行开髓治疗的诊室,简称A诊室、B诊室,A诊室使用牙椅气溶胶收集器,B诊室使用传统负压吸引装置,分别在治疗工作开始前及治疗工作2 h后对诊室的空气、面屏表面进行采样、细菌培养,比较A、B诊室细菌菌落数。结果 在治疗工作后,A诊室面屏表面的细菌菌落数为(182±32)CFU/mm^(2),B诊室为(851±141)CFU/mm^(2),差异有统计学意义(t=65.629,P<0.01);A诊室空气中细菌菌落数为(313±23)CFU/皿·5 min,B诊室为(1 151±77)CFU/皿·5 min,差异有统计学意义(t=147.058,P<0.05)。结论 使用牙椅气溶胶收集器的诊室中空气、面屏表面细菌菌落数少于使用牙椅原装负压装置的诊室,使用牙椅气溶胶收集器能减少诊疗过程中产生的气溶胶细菌菌落数。Objective Investigation into the effectiveness of dental chair aerosol accumulation in reducing bacterial contamination in dental clinics.Methods This study selected two dental clinics(referred to as Clinic A and Clinic B),with a surface area of 15 square meters,which perform pulp therapies.Clinic A used a dental chair aerosol collector,while Clinic B used a conventional negative pressure suction device.Air samples and environmental surface swabs from both Clinic A and Clinic B were collected for bacterial culture analyses before the start of treatment and 2 hours after treatment,to compare the differences in bacterial colony counts between the two clinics.Results The number of bacterial colonies on environmental surfaces in Clinic A after treatment was(182±32)CFU/mm^(2),compared to(851±141)CFU/mm^(2) in Clinic B,with statistically significant differences(t=65.629,P<0.01).The number of airborne bacterial colonies in Clinic A after treatment was(313±23)CFU/dish·5min,versus(1151±77)CFU/dish·5min in Clinic B,also showing statistically significant differences(t=147.058,P<0.01).Conclusion Clinics using dental chair aerosol collectors had fewer bacterial colonies than those using the original negative pressure devices installed on dental chairs,indicating that the use of dental chair aerosol collectors can effectively reduce the number of bacterial colonies generated during treatment procedures.
