党建赋能“一站式”学生社区治理的内在逻辑与实践进路

摘　　要：党建赋能“一站式”学生社区治理是推动高校基层党建提质增效的必然要求,是推进思想政治教育凝心铸魂的重要实践,是创新人才培养模式迭代升级的重要载体。高校通过聚焦党建引领、创新组织设置,聚焦协同治理、创新系统集成,聚焦学生中心、创新工作方法,聚焦目标考核、创新评价机制等方式,实现党的领导“全覆盖”、部门联动“合奏曲”、治理效能“加速度”、闭环反馈“促提升”,助力“一站式”学生社区治理体系和治理能力现代化建设,推动“一站式”学生社区成为服务青年大学生成长成才的“育人共同体”。"One-stop"student community governance is an inevitable requirement to promote the quality and efficiency of grassroots Party building in colleges and universities,an important practice to promote ideological and political education,and an important carrier for the iteration and upgrading of innovative talent training models.By the ways of focusing on the leadership of Party building to innovate organizational settings,collaborative governance to innovate system integration,the student center to innovate working methods,and target assessment to innovate evaluation mechanism,colleges and universities achieve the"full coverage"of the Party′s leadership,the"ensemble"of departmental linkage,the"acceleration"of governance effectiveness,and the"promotion"of closed-loop feedback so as to help the modernization of"one-stop"student community governance system and capacity and promote"one-stop"student community to become an"education community"that serves the growth and success of young college students.
