摘 要:连续进行了鸡粪定向选育黑水虻5个世代(F1至F5),记录各世代的龄期历程,测定各龄期幼虫的体质量,并从中选取生长快、体型大的个体进行繁殖。结果表明:经过鸡粪定向选育,黑水虻的幼虫期缩短3.2 d,终龄幼虫体质量显著增加了15mg,化蛹率上升11.5个百分点,选育后黑水虻对鸡粪的减量率提高了3.5个百分点,虫沙含水量降低了7.6个百分点。营养成分分析显示,粗蛋白含量降低了1.74个百分点,略有下降,而粗脂肪含量增加了2.43个百分点,干物质质量增加了5.25 mg。A directed selection of black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens)using chicken manure over five consecutive generations(F1 to F5)was conducted.The developmental duration of each generation was recorded,and the body weight of larvae at each developmental stage was measured.Individuals with rapid growth and larger body size were selected for reproduction.The results indicated that after directed selection using chicken manure,the larval period of the black soldier fly was significantly shortened by 3.2 days,the body weight of final-instar larvae increased significantly by 15 mg,and the pupation rate rose by 11.5 percentage points.Moreover,the selected black soldier fly exhibited enhanced efficiency in chicken manure processing by 3.5 percentage points,and the moisture content of chicken manure was reduced by 7.6 percentage points.Nutritional composition analysis revealed that the crude protein content decreased slightly by 1.74 percentage points,while the crude fat content increased by 2.43 percentage points,and the dry matter content significantly increased by 5.25 mg.
