摘  要:为满足数字液压缸性能测试的教学实验及科学研究试验需求,设计了一种人机交互的数字液压缸性能测试实验台。阐述了总体设计方案,详细介绍了液压、测控系统的设计思路及工作原理。设置压力、流量、力、位移等传感器进行系统工作状态监测,借助于工控机采用以太网与可编程控制器进行通信,对实验台进行功能控制与工作状态数据实时采集,基于LabVIEW软件开发状态监测显示与控制交互软件。试验结果表明,该实验台能满足数字液压缸在不同负载、不同压力、不同运行速度等状态下的工作性能测试需求,具有操作使用方便、安全可靠等优点。In order to meet the practical needs of teaching and scientific research experiments for digital hydraulic cylinder performance testing,a human-machine interactive digital hydraulic cylinder performance testing platform was designed.The overall design scheme was explained,and the design ideas of the hydraulic system and measurement and control system were given.The working principle was analyzed in detail.The system working status is monitored by setting sensors such as pressure,flow,force,and displacement.With the help of industrial control computers communicating with programmable controllers via Ethernet,the platform is controlled and real-time data are collected.Based on LabVIEW software,the state monitoring and control interaction software was developed.The test results show that the platform can meet the performance testing requirements of digital hydraulic cylinders under different loads,pressures,and operating speeds,and has the advantages of convenient operation,safety,and reliability.
