信息系统联动共享的实验室安全管理

摘　　要：信息系统在实验室安全管理中发挥重要作用,依托信息系统能够对各类实验室要素进行全流程管理。然而,各系统间相互独立形成的信息壁垒制约了管理效率。北京大学通过使用校内统一身份认证登录,在实验室安全教育与考试系统、试剂管理系统、实验室与设备管理系统、实验室安全检查系统间建立了连接,并保证对接数据格式的标准化、系统的网络安全与隐私保护、数据传输的稳定性与可靠性,实现实验人员、仪器设备、危险化学品、实验房间等数据和信息共享与协同联动,以此强化危险源管控及隐患排查的整改力度。Information systems play important roles in laboratory safety management,various kinds of laboratory elements are managed in the whole process with the help of information systems.However,the information barriers formed among various systems restrict management efficiency.By logging on through identity authentication system of Peking University,linkages between laboratory safety education and examination system,reagent management system,laboratory and equipment management system and laboratory safety check system are established.Data of laboratory personnel,instruments and equipment,hazardous chemicals,laboratory rooms are shared and interacted under the conditions of using standardized data format,secured network environment,and data transmission is stable.This can strengthen the control over hazardous sources and the efforts in hidden danger investigation and management.
