摘  要:高校科研实验室不仅是培养大学生实践技能和创新思维的重要平台,而且肩负着推动科技进步的关键使命。科学合理的绩效评价对其成果产出与转化具有直接影响。以湖北文理学院8个科研实验室为研究对象,运用层次分析法和熵权法构建了高校科研实验室综合绩效评价体系。该体系涵盖安全管理、实验室条件、资源共享管理、师资保障、人才培养、成果产出与转化等7个方面,能够根据设定的指标反映不同实验室的优势与问题。该研究旨在提升科研实验室安全管理与使用绩效,促进资源共享与人才培养,加速成果产出与转化,并优化资源绩效导向配置,为相关领域提供参考与借鉴。Scientific research laboratories not only serve as crucial platforms for cultivating college students’practical skills and innovative thinking but also bear the crucial responsibility of advancing scientific and technological progress.The efficacy of performance evaluation directly influences their output and transformation capabilities.This study takes eight specific science labs at Hubei University of Arts and Science as a case study,and applies both analytic hierarchy process(AHP)methodology and entropy weight method(EWM)to establish an integrated system for comprehensive evaluation of the university research laboratories.The proposed evaluation framework encompasses seven dimensions:safety management,laboratory conditions,resource sharing management,faculty security,personnel training,output and result transformation.It effectively reflects both strengths and challenges across different laboratories based on established indicators.This study aims to enhance safety management practices and operational efficiency within scientific research laboratories while fostering resource sharing and talent cultivation to expedite result output and transformation processes-ultimately optimizing resource allocation in a performance-oriented manner to provide valuable insights for related fields.
