摘　　要：大型仪器是科学研究不可或缺的重要工具,对高校实验室科研发展起到关键性的支撑作用,然而高校实验室大型仪器普遍存在仪器重复购置、集约化管理不足、共享率低等问题。结合中枢神经重点实验室公共仪器平台管理服务运行情况,探索“双一流”背景下院级公共平台建设的管理机制和高质量发展模式。从大型仪器制度建设、统筹购置、信息化建设、维修维护、使用培训,尤其是健全实验技术队伍激励机制6个方面探讨公共平台建设管理措施,建立大型仪器标准化管理流程,健全大型仪器开放共享管理机制,完善公共仪器平台管理体系,支撑科技创新和重大科研成果,催生科研新质生产力,提升大型仪器综合效益,实现资源的优化合理利用,为国内高校提供一些经验和借鉴。Large-scale instruments are indispensable tools for scientific research and play a key supporting role in the scientific research and development of university laboratories,but the problems such as repeated instrument purchase,insufficient intensive instrument management and low instrument sharing rate are common in university laboratories.According to the management service and operation of the central nervous key laboratory public instrument platform,the management mechanism and high-quality development mode of the institute laboratory public platform construction under the background of“Double First-class”are explored.The management measures for the construction of public platform are discussed from six aspects of large-scale instruments system construction,overall purchase,information construction,maintenance,use training,talent construction,especially,the improvement of the incentive mechanism of the experimental technical team.The standardization management process of large-scale instruments is established,the management mechanism of opening and sharing of large-scale instruments is improved,the management system of public instrument platform is improved,the scientific and technological innovation and major scientific research achievements are supported,the new quality of scientific research productivity is promoted,the comprehensive benefits of large instruments are enhanced,the optimization and rational use of resources are realized and some experience and reference for domestic colleges and universities are provided.
