数智赋能背景下外语教师数字化教学能力构建研究

摘  要:生成式人工智能技术的出现和迅速发展加快了教育数字化转型的步伐。在此背景下,外语教师必须全面提升数字素养和数字化教学能力。通过数智赋能有效提升教师数字素养并构建数字化教学能力,将成为实施有效数字化外语教学范式的关键要素。要探讨此问题,必须从以下三个方面进行阐述和分析:外语教育信息化进程中对教师的教学能力的要求、国家层面关于教师教学能力的政策导向、教师数字化教学能力的建构与发展要素。基于这三方面的讨论,从国家层面、学校层面以及个人层面提出培养并构建教师数字化教学能力的具体策略、要求和建议。The emergence and rapid development of generative AIT have accelerated the digital transformation in education.In this context,FL teachers must improve their digital literacy(DL)and digital teaching competence(DTC),but how to effectively improve teachers’DL and build their DTC is key to implementing an effective digital foreign language teaching paradigm.Therefore,it is necessary to elaborate and analyse the following three aspects to explore this issue:the requirements for teachers’teaching competence(TTC)in the computer-based foreign language education,the policy orientation on TTC at the national level,and the elements of constructing and developing teachers’DTC.Based on the discussion over these three aspects,specific strategies,requirements and suggestions on how to develop and construct teachers’DTC are proposed at the national level,the school level and the individual level.
