摘  要:陈皮为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。对陈皮的主要成分进行了进行了总结,表明陈皮主要成分为黄酮类、生物碱类、多糖类、挥发油类等近百种成分。同时,综述了浸提法、水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界CO_(2)萃取法、同时蒸馏法、低温连续相变萃取法、微波助提法、顶空固相微萃取法等提取方法对陈皮提取成分的差异性,并对陈皮提取物在烟草业中的应用进行了探讨。Tangerine peel is the dry and mature peel of orange and its cultivated varieties.The main components of tangerine peel were summarized,showing that there are about 100 main components including flavonoids,alkaloids,polysaccharides,volatile oils and so on.In addition,differential compositions of tangerine peel extracted by various methods such as extraction method,water vapor distillation method,supercritical CO_(2)extraction method,simultaneous distillation method,low temperature continuous phase change extraction method,microwave auxiliary method and headspace solid phase microextraction method were summarized,while the potential application of the extraction from tangerine peel in the tobacco industry was also investigated.
