摘 要:[目的]探究间歇性饥饱饲养对克氏原螯虾生长及抗逆性能的影响。[方法]以体质量为(6.96±1.14)g的克氏原螯虾为研究对象,设置间日饥饱组(1-1组)、1饱2饥组(1-2组)和2饱1饥组(2-1组)3个试验组,以及每天足量投喂的饱食对照组(n-0组,CK)。每日记录摄食量、存活及蜕壳情况。试验持续30 d后,统计累计存活量、饵料摄入量、蜕壳数及体重增长量,并测试各组抗逆性指标。[结果]试验组存活率均高于CK,且1-1、1-2试验组显著高于CK(P<0.05),1-1和2-1组的蜕壳率也显著大于CK(P<0.05);各组平均个体摄食量随时间轴规律变化。各组个体平均日摄食量表现为1-2组>1-1组>2-1组>CK(P<0.05)。试验组个体体质量增长量和总产量均大于CK,饲料消耗量均小于CK,饵料系数显著低于CK(P<0.05)。2-1组耐缺氧能力最强,显著高于CK(P<0.05)。1-1组高温耐受能力较强,但各组与CK无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验组SOD活性均高于CK,而MDA含量均显著低于CK(P<0.05)。[结论]不同间歇性饥饱饲养可以提高克氏原螯虾在足量喂食期的食欲,并存在摄食饥饿超补偿;2-1组可以获得最大产量,从抗逆性能考虑,1-1组较2-1组更具有优势,1-2组对增产并无益处,但可以节约饵料成本。[Objective]To investigate the effects of intermittent starvation and satiety feeding on the growth and stress resistance of Procambarus clarkii.[Method]This study focused on crayfish with a body weight of(6.96±1.14)g,three experimental groups were set up,namely,the inter day starvation and satiety group(group 1-1),the 1 satiety 2 starvation group(group 1-2),and the 2 satiety 1 starvation group(group 2-1),as well as the full-fed control group(group n-0,CK),which was fed the full amount every day.Food intake,survival and molting were recorded daily in each group.After the experiment lasted for 30 days,the cumulative survival rate,feed intake,molting number,and weight gain were counted,and the stress resistance indicators of each group of crayfish were tested.[Result]The results showed that the survival rate of the experimental groups was higher than that of the control group,among which the survival rate of the experimental groups 1-1 and 1-2 was significantly higher than that of CK(P<0.05).The molting rate of groups 1-1 and 2-1 was significantly higher than that of CK(P<0.05).The average individual food intake of each group changed with the time axis.The average daily food intake was ranked as group 1-2>group 1-1>group 2-1>CK(P<0.05).The individual body mass and total output were both greater than those of the control group,and the feed consumption was lower than that of the control group.The feed coefficients were significantly lower than those of CK(P<0.05).The hypoxia tolerance of group 2-1 was the strongest,which was significantly higher than that of CK(P<0.05).The high temperature tolerance of group 1-1 was stronger,but there was no significant difference between each group and CK(P>0.05).The level of SOD in the experimental group was higher than that in CK.The level of MDA in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in CK(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The appetite of crayfish during the sufficient feeding period can be improved by different intermittent starvation treatment,and there is overcompensati
