菊花心江蓠甲醇提取物抗氧化性和抗菌活性研究

摘  要:[目的]研究菊花心江蓠甲醇提取物抗氧化性和抗菌活性。[方法]利用甲醇对菊花心江蓠进行萃取,对其萃取提取物进行1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除活性和亚铁还原抗氧化(FRAP)还原活性试验,测定提取物总酚类物质含量,并研究其不同浓度梯度对水霉菌和尖孢镰刀菌的抗真菌性能。[结果]菊花心江蓠甲醇提取物对DPPH自由基的清除活性的IC_(50)为8.6μg/mL;总酚类物质含量为6.94 mg/g,FRAP活性的IC_(50)为8.4μg/mL;与抗生素标准品相比,菊花心江蓠甲醇提取物对水霉菌和尖孢镰刀菌的抑制率分别为78.9%~84.7%和71.1%~78.3%,具有较高的抑制作用。[结论]菊花心江蓠甲醇提取物为一种天然的抗氧化剂和潜在的天然抗真菌药物的来源。[Objective]To study the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of methanol extract from Gracilaria lichenoides.[Method]Methanol was used to extract Gracilaria lichenoides,the extract was subjected to free radical scavenging activity of DPPH and ferrous reducing antioxidant property(FRAP)reduction activity tests.The total phenolic content of the extract was determined,and its antifungal properties against Aspergillus oryzae and Fusarium oxysporum were studied at different concentration gradients.[Result]The IC_(50)value of methanol extract from Gracilaria lichenoides for DPPH radical scavenging activity was 8.6μg/mL;the total phenolic content was 6.94 mg/g,and the IC_(50)for FRAP activity was 8.4μg/mL.Compared with antibiotics standard,the inhibitory rates of Gracilaria lichenoides extract on Aspergillus oryzae and Fusarium oxysporum were 78.9%-84.7%and 71.1%-78.3%,respectively,indicating a high inhibitory effect.[Conclusion]The methanol extract of Gracilaria lichenoides is a natural antioxidant and a potential natural source of antifungal agents against selected fungal pathogens.
