摘  要:为提高多自由度悬置系统隔振性能,提出考虑车身位移响应的12自由度悬置系统解耦。推导12自由度悬置系统数学方程,分析车身弹性问题对悬置系统解耦率敏感特性和固有频率的影响;以12自由度悬置系统前6阶解耦率最大,车身位移响应最小为目标函数,以悬置刚度和安装位置作为设计变量进行多目标优化。研究结果表明,12自由度悬置系统前6阶的解耦率得到提升,提高了悬置系统的隔振性能。In order to improve the vibration isolation performance of the multi-degree-of-freedom mou-nting system,the decoupling of the 12-degree-of-freedom mounting system was proposed,which considered the displacement response of the vehicle body.The mathematical equations of the 12-degree-of-freedom mounting system were deduced to analyze the impacts of the vehicle body elasticity on the decoupling rate sensitivity and the intrinsic frequency of the mounting system.With the objective function of maximizing the decoupling rate in the first six orders of the 12-degree-of-freedom mounting system and minimizing the displacement response of the vehicle body,multi-objective optimization was carried out by taking the mount stiffness and the mounting position as the design variables.The results showed that the decoupling rate of the 12-degree-of-freedom mounting system in the first six orders improved,which,in turn,enhanced the overall vibration isolation performance of the mounting system.
