摘　　要：信息技术的飞速发展,数字化转型已成为各行各业的必然趋势。在这一背景下,数字档案资源作为组织知识资产的重要组成部分,其重要性日益凸显。档案不仅记录了组织的历史和发展轨迹,还是决策支持、业务连续性及法律遵从的关键依据。然而,如何有效管理和利用这些海量的数字档案资源,已成为档案管理工作中的一个重大挑战。本文分析了档案数字管理面临的现状,并提出了一系列策略,以期提高档案数字化转型的效果和价值。The rapid development of information technology has made digital transformation an inevitable trend across various industries.Against this backdrop,digital archive resources,as a crucial part of an organization’s knowledge assets,have become increasingly important.Archives not only record the history and development trajectory of an organization but also serve as key references for decision support,business continuity,and legal compliance.However,effectively managing and utilizing these vast digital archive resources has become a significant challenge in archival management.This paper analyzes the current situation of digital archive management and proposes a series of strategies to enhance the effectiveness and value of archival digital transformation.
