脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者采用乌灵胶囊联合曲唑酮治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用乌灵胶囊联合曲唑酮治疗脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月至2024年3月漳州第三医院收治的脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予乌灵胶囊治疗,观察组给予乌灵胶囊联合曲唑酮联合治疗。采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评价2组患者的睡眠质量,观察2组患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)的改善情况,并比较2组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组,观察组AIS评分显著低于对照组,观察组血清指标CRP、TC、TG均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死伴睡眠障碍的药物治疗中,乌灵胶囊联合曲唑酮的用药方案可显著提高药物疗效,提升患者的睡眠质量,改善血清指标的同时确保用药安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wuling Capsule combined with trazodone in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction and sleep disorders treated at Zhangzhou Third Hospital from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).The control group received Wuling Capsule,while the observation group was treated with Wuling Capsule combined with trazodone.Sleep quality was evaluated using the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS).Improvements in C-reactive protein(CRP),total cholesterol(TC),and triglycerides(TG)were observed,and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.AIS scores in the observation group were significantly lower,and CRP,TC,and TG levels were significantly reduced compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the pharmacological treatment of cerebral infarction patients with sleep disorders,the combination of Wuling Capsule and trazodone significantly improves treatment efficacy,enhances sleep quality,and improves serum indicators while ensuring medication safety.This approach is worthy of clinical promotion.
