观察耳穴贴压联合睡眠管理应用于肝癌术后失眠患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究耳穴贴压联合睡眠管理应用于肝癌术后失眠患者中的效果。方法:选取2022年2月至2024年2月福建医科大学肿瘤临床医学院收治的肝癌术后失眠患者146例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组73例。对照组给予常规围手术护理干预,观察组给予耳穴贴压联合睡眠管理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)比较2组患者干预前后生命质量的变化,并比较2组手术恢复各指标时间的差异及并发症发生率。结果:干预后,观察组患者手术恢复各指标时间均显著短于对照组,观察组SAS、SDS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组QOL-LC各领域评分显著高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对肝癌术后失眠患者应用耳穴贴压联合睡眠管理可加快术后康复进程,优化心理状态,提高睡眠与生活品质,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of auricular acupressure combined with sleep management on insomnia in postoperative liver cancer patients.Methods:A total of 146 postoperative liver cancer patients with insomnia treated at Clinical Oncology School of Fujian Medical University from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=73)and an observation group(n=73).The control group received routine perioperative nursing care,while the observation group received auricular acupressure combined with sleep management.Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),anxiety and depression symptoms were evaluated using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and quality of life was measured with the QLQ-C30 scale.Postoperative recovery indicators and complication rates were also compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the observation group demonstrated significantly shorter recovery times for all postoperative indicators compared to the control group.SAS,SDS,and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while QLQ-C30 scores in all domains were significantly higher.The complication rate in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupressure combined with sleep management for postoperative liver cancer patients with insomnia accelerates recovery,optimizes psychological well-being,improves sleep and quality of life,and reduces complications.
