归脾合剂治疗胃癌术后睡眠障碍患者的应用及有效性评价

摘　　要：目的:分析归脾合剂治疗胃癌术后睡眠障碍患者的应用及有效性。方法:选取2022年10月至2024年10月德江县民族中医院普外科收治的胃癌术后睡眠障碍患者120例作为研究对象,按照双色球法随机分为对照组(红色球)和观察组(黄色球),每组60例。对照组给予西药安眠药物,观察组在西药的基础上给予中医药归脾合剂,比较2组治疗效果。结果:观察组在治疗后的睡眠质量明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组经过治疗后中医积分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:中医归脾合剂在治疗胃癌术后伴癌因性失眠方面具有显著疗效,能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量和胃肠功能,进而提升其生命质量。Objective:To analyze the application and effectiveness of spleen mixture in patients with sleep disorders after gastric cancer.Methods:Selection period:From October 2022 to October 2024,a study was conducted on 120 patients with postoperative sleep disorders in gastric cancer.Using the double color ball method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The red ball was used as the control group(60 cases)and received Western sleeping pills,while the yellow ball was used as the observation group(60 cases).On the basis of Western medicine,the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Guipi mixture,and the treatment effects were explored in each group.Results:Sleep quality improved after the treatment(P<0.05).The observation group significantly reduced TCM points after treatment,and the results were(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM splenic mixture has significant effect in the treatment of gastric cancer with cancer insomnia,which can effectively improve the sleep quality and gastrointestinal function,and then improve the quality of life.
