靶向心理护理联合舞动艺术疗法对精神分裂症患者情绪及睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨靶向心理护理联合舞动艺术疗法对精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:选取2023年7月至2024年7月厦门第五医院综合临床各项检查结果满足精神分裂症诊断标准的109例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=57)和观察组(n=52)。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行靶向心理护理联合舞动艺术疗法干预,分析2组精神残疾、BPRS评分、Barthel指数、焦虑与抑郁情绪、睡眠质量。结果:干预后,观察组精神残疾分级显著低于对照组(P<0.05),BPRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Barthel指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑与抑郁情绪、睡眠质量数据值均更低(P<0.05)。结论:于精神分裂症患者施以靶向心理护理联合舞动艺术疗法,有利于改善其心理健康与睡眠质量,促进认知功能恢复,这对提高精神分裂症干预水平有着重要意义。Objective:To explore the effect of targeted psychological nursing combined with dance movement therapy on patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 109 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia based on clinical examination results at Xiamen Fifth Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as study subjects.These patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=57)and the observation group(n=52)using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received targeted psychological nursing combined with dance movement therapy in addition to the routine nursing intervention.The two groups were compared in terms of mental disability,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)scores,Barthel Index,anxiety and depression,and sleep quality.Results:After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower mental disability levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).The BPRS scores were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05),while the Barthel Index was significantly higher(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group had significantly lower levels of anxiety and depression and improved sleep quality(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted psychological nursing combined with dance movement therapy can improve the psychological health and sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia,as well as promote cognitive function recovery.This approach is of great significance for enhancing intervention levels in schizophrenia.
