综合性护理干预对肿瘤化疗患者睡眠质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析予以肿瘤化疗患者综合性护理对其睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年7月中山大学肿瘤防治中心收治的肿瘤化疗患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用综合性护理。比较2组患者胃肠道反应发生率、睡眠质量、失眠程度、生命质量和护理满意度。结果:护理前睡眠质量(PSQI)、失眠程度(AIS)、生命质量(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者胃肠道反应发生率、PSQI、AIS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),EORTC QLQ-C30评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.67%,高于对照组的83.72%(P<0.05)。结论:向肿瘤化疗患者提供综合性护理可降低胃肠道反应发生率,改善患者睡眠质量,提升其生命质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on sleep quality in cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods:A total of 86 cancer chemotherapy patients treated at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from January 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,sleep quality,insomnia severity,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing intervention,there were no significant differences in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),and quality of life(EORTC QLQ-C30)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the observation group had lower gastrointestinal reaction incidence,PSQI,and AIS scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).The EORTC QLQ-C30 score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.67%,significantly higher than 83.72%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for cancer chemotherapy patients effectively reduces the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,improves sleep quality,enhances quality of life,and increases nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
