摘　　要：目的:探究对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者开展羧甲司坦联合持续气道正压通气治疗对睡眠及预后的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月福清市医院收治的OSAHS患者76例作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组给予羧甲司坦联合持续气道正压通气治疗。比较2组患者睡眠质量、失眠症状、应激反应水平、夜间血氧饱和度及呼吸暂停时间等。结果:观察组患者治疗后睡眠质量高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者失眠症状、嗜睡症状评分、应激反应水平和呼吸暂停时间均低于对照组(均P<0.05),夜间血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:羧甲司坦联合持续气道正压通气治疗OSAHS,可以提升患者夜间血氧饱和度,缩短呼吸暂停时间,提升患者睡眠质量,降低应激反应水平,缓解失眠症状,改善预后。Objective:To explore the effect of carbocisteine combined with continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)therapy on sleep and prognosis in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 76 OSAHS patients treated at Fuqing Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with carbocisteine combined with CPAP.Sleep quality,insomnia symptoms,stress response levels,nocturnal oxygen saturation,and apnea duration were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group showed significantly better sleep quality compared to the control group(P<0.05).Insomnia symptoms,daytime sleepiness scores,stress response levels,and apnea duration were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05),while nocturnal oxygen saturation was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carbocisteine combined with CPAP therapy for OSAHS improves nocturnal oxygen saturation,reduces apnea duration,enhances sleep quality,alleviates stress responses,mitigates insomnia symptoms,and improves prognosis.
