摘 要:为确定柴达木盆地紫花苜蓿人工草地刈割利用的最佳留茬高度,本研究以2022年建植的中苜1号紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhongmu No.1)人工草地为材料,采用随机区组试验设置了5 cm、10 cm、15 cm三个留茬高度处理,2023和2024年连续2年测定了不同留茬高度紫花苜蓿人工草地的生产性能和营养品质,通过隶属函数法对不同留茬高度下饲草产量与营养品质进行综合评价。结果表明:留茬高度为10 cm时紫花苜蓿2023年与2024年的总干草产量最高,分别为14531 kg·hm^(-2)和16955 kg·hm^(-2);粗蛋白(CP)含量最高,分别为14.37%和17.24%,相对饲喂价值(RFV)也最高,分别为107.20和127.34,粗灰分(Ash)含量最低,分别为10.86%和8.11%。2023年,紫花苜蓿的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量在留茬10 cm下最低,为47.65%。2024年,紫花苜蓿的酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量在留茬10 cm下最低,为37.40%。隶属函数法综合评价表明,留茬高度在10 cm是柴达木盆地紫花苜蓿人工草地刈割的最佳高度。In order to determine the optimal stubble height for mowing and utilization of alfalfa artificial grassland in the Qaidam Basin,the present study took the artificial grassland of Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhongmu No.1 planted in 2022 as the material,and set up three stubble heights of 5 cm,10 cm,and 15 cm in a randomized block test,measured the production performance and nutritional quality of alfalfa artificial grassland with different stubble heights in two consecutive years of 2023 and 2024,and evaluated the comprehensive evaluation of forage yield and nutritional quality under different stubble heights by the method of affiliation function.The production performance and nutritional quality of alfalfa artificial grassland with different stubble heights were measured in two consecutive years,2023 and 2024,and the comprehensive evaluation of forage yield and nutritional quality under different stubble heights was carried out by the method of the affiliation function.The results showed that when the stubble height was 10 cm,the total hay yield of alfalfa in 2023 and 2024 were the highest,which were 14531 kg·hm^(-2) and 16955 kg·hm^(-2),respectively.The crude protein(CP)content was the highest(14.37%and 17.24%,respectively);the relative feeding value(RFV)was the highest(107.20 and 127.34,respectively),and the crude ash(Ash)content was the lowest(10.86%and 8.11%,respectively).In 2023,the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content of alfalfa was the lowest at 10 cm of stubble,which was 47.65%.In 2024,the lowest acid detergent fiber(ADF)content of alfalfa was 37.40%at 10 cm of stubble.The comprehensive evaluation by the membership function method showed that 10 cm of stubble was the best height for cutting alfalfa artificial grassland in Qaidam Basin.
