摘　　要：红色基因是党和国家的宝贵财富。高校是培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的重要场域,也是传承弘扬红色基因的主要阵地,担负着传承文明、化育为人的关键职能。红色基因在形塑时代新人价值观、党史观、奋斗观、人民观等方面具有独特价值,与高校时代新人培育的根脉来源、目标指向高度契合,二者相互依存,优势互补。探究红色基因融入高校时代新人培育问题具有重要的实用价值和时代意义。The red gene is the precious wealth of the Party and the country.Colleges and universities are an important field for cultivating new talents who take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation,and also the main positions for imparting and carrying forward the red gene,bearing the key functions of inheriting civilization and cultivating talents.The red gene is of unique value in shaping the value system,the historical perspective on the Party,the outlook on striving and the people's perspective for the new generation of the times,which is highly consistent with the root source and goal orientation of cultivating the new generation of the times in colleges and universities,and the two are interdependent and complementary in each other's advantages.It is of great practical value and significance to explore the integration of red gene into the cultivation of new talents in colleges and universities.
